Gold Pricing: $800 for 4 hours, +$150 per additional added hour
On-Season Availability:

- April 1st - Oct 25th
Off-Season Availablility:
- Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat
- Oct 26th - May 31st
Bronze Pricing: $500 for 4 hours, +$150 per additional added hour
Included in Rental: outdoor venue space, dance floor, tables, chairs, decor inventory, sound system, trash bins, tablecloths, bathrooms
Max Occupancy: 150
Venue hours: 11am - 10pm

Please note that event booking availablility may be limited during our wedding season (on-season). Weekend dates during this time are primarily reserved for weddings, with most availablilty for other events falling on Monday through Thursday. Our off-season offers greater flexiblility and availablilty for non wedding events.
